Transfer Innsbruck Ortisei

Val Gardena, Grödnertal

Our transfer Innsbruck Ortisei takes you to the “capital” of the Val Gardena with the German name Grödnertal.

The Village of Ortisei or in German St. Ulrich is the picturesque main town of the Val Gardena, a Dolomite valley in South Tyrol. It stretches from 1,236 m in the village centre up to 2,518 m.

Due to the seclusion of the valley, the locality has retained its own language, the Ladin language, in addition to German and Italian. So still about 82% of the population speak Ladin as their main language.

Ortisei is situated in the middle of the Dolomites, which give the place a reputation of incomparable beauty. The mountain range, which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage since 2009, is one of the most beautiful mountain ranges in the world and is very popular with hikers and mountaineers because of its numerous hiking trails. Ortisei is about 130 km away from the Innsbruck. Our transfer Innsbruck Ortisei can take about 2 hours.

The Gherdeina Museum in Ortisei dedicated a special exhibition to the Val Gardena climber and artist.
