Transfer Innsbruck Saalbach

On our transfer Innsbruck Saalbach we leave Tyrol and drive to the province of Salzburg.Transfer Innsbruck Saalbach-Hinterglemm

The Village in the Pinzgau within the province of Salzburg has 2,890 inhabitants and our transfer Innsbruck Saalbach takes about 2h 10min.

The ski area belongs to the Kitzbühel Alps.

In 1991, Saalbach hosted the Alpine World Ski Championships. For this purpose, a bypass tunnel has constructed of which heavy traffic during winter months still benefits up till today.

The place has been an attraction for tourists since the beginning of the 20th century. However, at the beginning only the summer tourists discovered its beauty. Today Saalbach attracts guests from all over the world as a top ski resort in winter.

The ski resort

Saalbach is one of the most diverse ski resorts in Austria. The Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn offers skiers an incredible pleasure of superlatives. 270 kilometers of slopes, cableways, lifts and much more are available to beginners, families and professionals.

Slopes and lifts:

  • 140 km of blue slopes
  • 112 km of red slopes
  • 18 km of black slopes
  • 70 cable cars and lifts

What else is there?

  • 60 ski huts
  • 5 snowparks
  • 2 freeride parks
  • 2 floodlit slopes
  • 5 toboggan runs

Of course, we transport your skis on our transfer Innsbruck Saalbach free of charge.

Skicircus lloops

The round-trip offer in the Skicircus has expanded enormously through the link with Fieberbrunn. The key facts of the new Skicircus Challenge are enormous: the slopes of the Saalbach, Hinterglemm, Leogang and Fieberbrunn ski resorts are all connected by lifts.

It covers 68 kilometers and 12,000 m heights. Including breaks it is a one-day tour and in the complete Alpine area, this is classified as the longest of its kind.

Four more routes are also available for absolute fun:

To complete the 20 km long Saalbach-Loop you need about two hours and it also makes you ski on the famous slalom track of the Alpine Ski World Championship of 1991 at the ”Kohlmais”.

Another loop is the 24 kilometers Hinterglemm loop manageable within about two and a half hours.

The Leogang loop includes the “Leoganger Hausberg” and offers a magnificent panorama. This tour covers 26 kilometers and is completed in about two and a half hours.

The national border between Salzburg and Tyrol is crossed by taking the Tyrol loop. On a total of 22 kilometers you can really enjoy a wonderful skiing experience. For the tour you should plan approximately two and a half hours.

Illuminated toboggan runs

After dark, two illuminated toboggan runs provide a lot of fun. An adventure of the special kind is waiting for you on the trip to the Spielbergrodelbahn. The tobogganers are transported to the Spielberghaus with a piste caterpillar. After the enjoyment of “Kasnocken” (traditional Austrian dumplings with spicy chees) you can jump on your toboggan and rush downhill back to the valley.

Especially for children, tobogganing offers fun and diversity. Please inform us when booking your transfer Innsbruck Saalbach that you have your children with you. We then arrange suitable child seats.

The slightly faster toboggan run is easy to reach with the Reiterkogelbahn. Since it an extremely windy on its three and a half kilometer long route leading to the center of Hinterglemm, toboggans with special breaks are provided.

In addition to our transfer Innsbruck Saalbach we also offer transfers to the surronding villages:
